Wall-mount Aquarium Protein Skimmer

A protein skimmer is critical in a marine/saltwater aquarium to remove organic waste from the water (including uneaten fish food, fish waste, and other organic materials). These materials build up over time and lead to the accumulation of nitrates and phosphates, and other water quality issues.

How it works: attach a pump airline, and the wooden air 'stone' produces a stream of tiny bubbles. As the bubbles rise to the surface, they collect and remove the organic waste and from the water, which are then skimmed off and removed from the aquarium. This process helps to keep the water clean, reducing the need for frequent water changes and improving the overall health and stability of the aquarium's environment.
